The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) measures how likely your employees are to recommend you as an employer, on a scale from 0 to 10. It is calculated as the share of promoters (9-10) minus the share of detractors (0-6). A score between +10 and +30 is generally considered good. Read more in our eNPS guide
